In Winter 2008/09 the "Rock Resort" holiday resort in Laax will be open. The 160 furnished aparments can be rented or bought outright. The apartments that are sold will be rented during the time when the owners are not using them. This resort will also include 75 hotel rooms, 14 shops and 6 restaurants and cafés. The Igloo Village in the Parsenn skiing area has 17 igloos, linked by passages. There is room for up to 44 people. In the "Romantic" igloos there is also a sauna and whirlpool.
