San Bernardino nestles at the foot of the pass with which it shares its name and is surrounded by a wonderful natural landscape. It is the ideal summer and winter holiday destination for people who like an Italian atmosphere and appreciate a pleasant southern climate.

During the winter season San Bernardino can boast more than 40 km of prepared ski trails plus a snow park with jump, boardercross and slides, 42 km of cross-country trails and 14 km of winter hiking trails. There are also various ski-tours available up to an altitude of 3249 metres.
