This selection shows winter sports resorts with no more than 49 kilometres of pistes. They are particularly suitable for families with small children.
Graubünden's ski lift systems don't just bring you up to the winter sport areas both large and small in Switzerland's biggest holiday region; they can bring you to all kinds of other attractions - winter hiking trails, scenic views and Alpine restaurants.
St. Moritz, Davos, Laax, Lenzerheide and Samnaun: these are the largest with over 150 kilometres of pistes - and with everything that carvers or boarders could wish for.
Arosa, Savognin, Scuol and others are among resorts with 50-150 km of pistes. Read on to discover what these resorts offer besides numerous pistes of varying levels of difficulty.
